A Monk Swimming Indeed
At first when reading this memoir by Malachy McCourt it was kind of hard to follow because he sometimes used some type of slang i didnt understand. Once I got used to some of the words he was using the book became understandable and I found it quite humerous. Not All of the book is in chronological order seeing as how he cuts in certain parts from his childhood but most of the book was about his adult life in America. If you are looking for something along the lines of Angelas Ashes or Tis by Frank McCourt this is definitely not your book.

Lohan Strikes Back
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I loved this Album from Lindsay Lohan! Her covers of I want you to want me and Edge of Seventeen were suprisingly magnificent. This was a big step up from her first album Speak and all of the songs she did for Disney. Lohan really came into her own with this album; from the first song to the last the CD was WONDERFUL. MJy favorites included " I live for the Day", "Black Hole" and the title track "A Little More Personal". You can really see the talent and the vocal progression from her first album "Speak". This is definitely a little more personal that the first album with a way better sound. Her voice is more raspy than the first one but it is for the better as she shows off her vocal abilities and takes a step into the real world of great music. I hope people continue to BUY and SELL this album!

LOVE THE CD
especially love the Downpressor Man song. Sinead O'Connor remakes reggae classics in this Album. If youre into reaggae or punk.. this is the cd for you.
