Package was sun damaged but that didn't matter. Coating on handle also sun damaged but I cleaned it up with some alcohol and elbow grease. Does the job.

The Strategic Air Command Elite Guard scarf is AWESOME looking!
Bought 2 to use as coronavirus face masks. Only using one right now, might save the other one as a base covering for B-52 models at hobby competition shows.
