westernised version of eastern food
If you want western versions of a few classis eastern dishes, thsi one is for you, if you want authentic food, look at ths fuschia dunlop books.
i wish I hadn't purchased this, and will probably put it back on ebay to sell it

Matthew Reilly is a genius
great book, loved it. great series of books with fun characters and compelling storylines.
