Sorry you do not like the chain, you received exactly what is shown in the listing, I cannot imagine how it looks nothing like the listing pictures as they are photographs of the actual product. You provided pictures of the chain claiming not as described, yet it looks exactly like it does in the listing! I'm also perplexed by how a gold plated chain can look fake? You already started the return process and I suspect you are claiming it as not as described to claim free return postage.
