After selling on eBay for 20 years, I finally gave in to the frustrations of dealing with customer service as a seller. In its quest to become "Amazon 2.0", eBay has thrown its sellers under the bus. How many times have I been on chat or call with customer service for over an hour until someone even acknowledges the problem that I'm dealing with? So, it comes to an end. Thanks to all the buyers, especially the repeat buyers who appreciated the extra care I put into packaging and quick shipment. But now, it's the era of gigantic companies that wait a week to ship. So, I join the "dying breed" in resigning from sales on eBay.
