dollar store quality socks
Bought them from seller whose store stock is 90% heatholders so I expected somewhat similar characteristics in these, but was sadly disappointed after 1 wear & wash they lost their form and became frayed/pulled. Not only that but they are a bit short on the ankle and offer little cushioning, so not good for wearing with long underwear if you like to tuck your cuffs in. If you like loose socks these are for you...they might keep your toes warm but from the ankle up they lose in the quality category. If I now want to wear them I need to double them up which might be ok for around the house (if your home has poor heating) but defeats the purpose for wearing with your everyday perfect fit shoes/boots. As for warmth they are definitely better than thin dress socks but not noticeably better than your average tube sock which i have been using up until I bought these. Overall I probably could have bought the same ones in the dollar store, only here in Japan they unfortunately stock small sizes. I wouldnt buy these again and should have stuck to the more expensive but better quality heatholders.
