    The items were packaged the best ever and I've purchased many bone China sets! I just experienced a first. The seller refunded me the difference between what she was charging me for shipping and the actual shipping charge. I have never experienced this honesty before. Apparently, there was not a handling charge. I was okay with what she was charging me because I got the set at a steal price. The set was even nicer than the pictures she posted. So she deserves a 10+.
