Lost Planet 2 is a fantastic co-op shooter experience,
Yet it suffers somewhat if played in single player mode. The follow-up to 2007's Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions is a different beast to its predecessor. The plight of Wayne, snow pirate protagonist of the first game, is largely forgotten. The sequel begins ten years later, still set on E.D.N. 3, but it's a very different climate. Vast expanses of snow have melted to make way for lush jungles, scorching deserts and grungy, run down facilities. Your T-Eng meter, in the first game essentially a constantly-depleting shield, now exists to power up rather than power down. The entire planet centres around T-Eng. Wars are fought over it, machines are powered by it, and you'll soon learn to stockpile it for a variety of purposes, such as repairing VSs, refilling your health bar or even opening special crates. New to the game are Battle Points, which herald one of the game's most notable changes. You begin the game with a set BP. When you die, you simply respawn at one of several control points, more of which can be unlocked by accessing Data Posts. Each new Data Post adds to your BP count. It essentially operates as a life system, giving you finite respawns which, should you exhaust, boot you unceremoniously back to the chapter select menu. It's a risky set-up, since chapters can last up to 45 minutes, and while they're split into missions, only the chapters themselves act as checkpoints. It's entirely possible to lose a considerable amount of play with some bad luck and judgment. It's fairly archaic game design, which at times seems entirely at odds with the primary focus of Lost Planet 2. Multiplayer: GREAT! Singleplayer: Blah

This compilation is absolutely incredible.
I found that this is one of my favorite CD's I own. I have an enormous collection of music, with all different genres. I highly recommend this. The bass effects are powerful, and make you want to stagger. Top notch artists in Dubstep, and really great for finding new ones. If you enjoy electronic music, or if you are curious to learn... this is a great place to start. The WHOLE CD is very socially pleasing, so I take it with me to play at work (in my store). BUY IT!

Maybe a good title for kids...
As a log time Sonic fan this game was very disappointing. As the name implies 'Sonic' is a title where the intention is to have fast-paced gameplay. In this 3D action adventure game you play as Sonic, who has been transformed by Dr. Robotnik into a 'Warehog'.. :^/ and you need to save the day. BTW, yes I said 'Warehog'. This would be all fine and great, but the way they did it sux. You go back and fourth between speed stages during the day as Sonic, and SLOOOOoooOoOW stages during the night as the Warehog. you have no choice but to play as the super boring Warehog character. If the game were all speed stages it would be pretty good, but it's not. Also, they are completely stingy with the trophies/achievements. BOO! In general I LOVE adventure games (Ratchet, Mario, Jak, Sly, early Spyro, etc). But this game just didn't do it for me. Best recent Sonic game IMO is Sonic Rush for Nintendo DS. They also just released the official Sonic 4 (download from PSN or XBL).. I tried it and it blows Unleashed outta the water, for only 1/2 the price :D
