  Hate to give negative feedback, but it took them a whole week to get this in the mail and then another week to hip, then arrived with giant black permanent marker slashes on the soles, which would be visible when walking and wearing these sandals. So yes, they are “new” but not in condition of pictures, which did not depict this at all. No reply to emails. I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

  The item did not ship till after a "not received" report was submitted to eBay almost 7 days after I was supposed to receive it. I had reached out to the seller and they did not respond to me at all. I've received my item now, but hope the seller will communicate with their buyers in the future.
