Classic, subtle phase pedal
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich At an MSRP of $130 new, this pedal is a bit pricey for a one trick pony. However, you'd be hard pressed to acheive the same signature sound from any multi-effects device. Other phase shifters may have more features, but they often go overboard with regard to the resulting processed signal. This pedal is actually 2 pedals in one; The newer MXR "Block" logo Phase 90, and with a push of a switch, it becomes the more subtle vintage "Script" logo Phase 90, which sounds like it mixes some of the input signal with the effect output. Eddie Van Halen and many others have used this device to provide a dramatic backdrop for their wall of sound.

Banshee Talkbox Rocks!
This is a great product housed in a sturdy steel chassis, complete with its own amplifier circuit. With talk boxes of yesteryear, you had to use the output from your guitar amp to drive the horn inside a talk box, which created lots of problems (complex setups, blowing up amp transformers, etc). Since the Banshee has its own built-in amp, you hook it up just like any other stompbox pedal. Of couse, you still need to route the tubing up a mic stand and "sing" into a mic (through a P.A.). Another plus, you can hook up a small speaker to a separate output on the Banshee and use it as a practice amp! Even has nice gain & tone controls!

Seam Grip rocks!!!
Sean Grip has been my go-to tent sealant for over 20 years. Instead of using the water based stuff that has to be reapplied every year, Seam Grip is rubbery and made to last.
