Tron: Legacy
Jeff Bridges comes back in his role as Kevin Flynn the brilliant gaming software engineer who got control of his games in the first movie. Now Flynn has disappeared and left his son Sam (Garrett Hedlund) and other board of directors at his company thinking he either left or died. Through a series of events his son discovers that Flynn re-entered the digital world and has been living there.
This is not a remake of the original movie, rather it is a continuation of the story. The graphics have been advanced to todays technology but all the original games have been incorporated in this sequel.
The story was good and the acting was above average but it lacked some of the flair you might expect, especially in the digital animation. However it was still a good movie and will be a good addition to the collection right next to the original movie.
Of note is the return of Bruce Boxleitner as Alan Bradley and Tron.

2nd Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever Book 1
In the Wounded Land, Stephen R. Donaldson brings Thomas Covenant back to "the Land".
Covenant's wife Joan suddenly appears at the front door of Covenant's home, she seems to be incoherent yet he is still in love with her so he brings her in to take care of her. Following a series of unexpected events Covenant is struck down and ends up back in the Land with Linden Avery.
In the Second Chronicles, Thomas Covenant discovers that although only ten years have passed in his life or in the 'Real World' it has been nearly 3,000 years in the Land. Many changes have taken place and not many people know who is he.
Thus begins the Second Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever.
This book is best read if you have read the first three books in the series.
"Lord Fouls Bane, The Illearth War & The Powers that Preserve"
Rated 5 of 5 for a great story that continues the enjoyment of the first series.

A great comedy
Dwayne (the Rock) Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson are the top cops in the precienct, they handle all the best cases, get all the action and are the best cops on the force. Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg are "the other guys". While Johnson and Jackson are out fighting crime, Ferrell and Wahlberg are back at the office doing their paper work. After Johnson and Jackson die trying to capture some robbers "the other guys" spring into action to take their place and become the Top Cops.
The movie is full of laughs, there are gags, great one liners and plenty of slap-stick action. Ferrell has his own comedy style that most people are familiar with and he doesn't miss a beat in this movie. Wahlberg is not known for comedy but he plays his role in this movie very well and at times even he is laugh out loud funny.
The Cast Includes: Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Eva Mendes, Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, Steve Coogan, Michael Keaton, Ice-T as the Narrator, with Brooke Shields, Rosie Perez, and Derek Jeter in Cameo roles.
This is a great, funny movie that anyone will enjoy
