  My item didn't arrive, I asked for proof of postage but the receipt was "lost" after I said it didn't arrive I was told Royal Mail said different so again I asked what Royal Mail had said, and they never replied and the messages stopped. Now they wont reply, such a shame and I fear it was a scam.
