I received my funko in a squashed box, reason for this was the seller didnt package it in anything other than a plastic bag which as you can imagine is not going to protect a funko case which is made of card. As a collector who likes to display my funkos in their box its absolutely useless. Have always received funkos packed in a strong cardboard box with bubblewrap. When i complained to the seller they were totally uninterested. Recommend to avoid if you want a complete product
