  Unfortunately this mug never ever arrived and the seller and myself were both left disappointed when the package was lost in transit, despite there being a tracking number! A tracking number which never ever updated itself. I informed the seller, who refunded my money promptly at the time. Thank you.

  This is a really good seller. Royal Mail lost the item and he was so quick to respond and just give a refund. It's when things go wrong (often out of our control) that such good service matters
