I will double down on my original review based on the fact that this seller LIED about our conversation. This conversation started (by the seller) on Saturday may 13th 9:14 pm, not AM, so my request for a Picture ( sent shortly after the initial conversation on the same evening) was ignored. Also note that after I decided on a refund, I was sent a picture of the item, along with a snapshot of the definition of customer service. That’s the type of seller you will be dealing with.

As I have stated before, I'm sorry we couldn't get to a resolution in the short amount of time that you have allowed me. Our conversation was not lied about, and actually shows harassment on your end. You have your refund, I tried to work with you. I'm sorry it wasn't good enough. I really hope you don't treat others this way in your personal or professional life. God bless.
