Better than the origional
I've had my MTD chipper since the 90's and have gone thru 2 OEM bags and was ready to get the 3rd when I found this one. Was a little skeptical, but after asking a question of the seller bought the 24 x 61 bag. When it arrived I was concerned about the openness of the weave ( you can see right through it) but when I chipped some tree branches I was sold. It catches everything except the finer dust and you can look at the bag while you're chipping and see how full it is. The OEM bags tend to inflate and you can't tell if it's full or just blown up unless you touch it. I haven't chipped any dry leaves yet and they will probably produce more dust that escapes but I don't think it will be an issue. I don't know how long this one will last but I'll replace it with one just like it.
