Who knew working out could be fun?
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I'm only a few weeks into messing around with this, but I really like the programs/routines I have used. It gives you a great variety of workouts, not to mention some yoga, tai chi, & meditation to boot! It's nice that you can see yourself onscreen with the image so that you can work on your form. It's a fun way to break up the monotony of sitting on a bike or eleptical at the gym, or fighting for room in a crowded class.
I do have a hard time getting the eye toy to focus with the lens that is provided, and even though I am back about 10 ft from my TV, the program constantly tells me to back up. Regardless, I still am able to do the routines, I just don't pay attention as much to the points system.
I think this is really great for those women out there with boyfriends/husbands/roommates that have a PS2, to be able to put it to some other use! Well, that is if you can get them to share! ;)
