Would recommend to anyone!
I am a firm believer in the content of this book. I enjoy all things medical and metaphysical so it is right up my ally, but my mother who does not believe in anything metaphysical also finds the information in this book advanced and effective. People can be healed through food and this book gives a clear road map to healing.

Longer tab please
It works excellent and is great quality. I kept in for about 12 hours and never had any leakage or problems at all during a heavy period. I almost forgot it was there! The reason I didn't give 5 stars came when I went to pull it out. It was the most frustrating and horrible experience, first trying to find the very short tab, and then trying to pull out a very well-suctioned cup. I thought I was never going to get it out. Finally having to put some sterilized plyers around the very small tab did the trick. I'm not sure if I'll use it again.

Good formula
I do notice I am more focused and aware after just a few days of talking this consistently. I really think it helps cut through my brain fog and helps me think more clearly. It seems to take about a week to notice results.
