Save your Money!
If you are interested in a flexitarian diet and want a book that will help you learn new eating habits, please look elsewhere - this is not the book for you! Using a very large font for a limited 54 pages, this 5x7” includes material gleaned from the internet, most likely for free. It includes black and white photos of the 5 food groups and 3 recipes for 2 meals. It is certainly not worth the $13.75 purchase price and the cost to return this book is $12.45.
