It charged extremely slow then just quit working in a week.
It takes 8 hours to get a complete charge starting with a completely dead device. Very slow charge.

My prefered all in one
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought my first one over 3 years ago. I have used it alot and had very few problems, mostly due to my ignorance. It is easy to set up and the manuel is easy to understand. The onilne chat tech support is very helpful. I am about to buy my second one becasue I can't wait to have this one checked out. I need a printer now. When I get this one fixed I will have 2 because I really could use 2 with all that I do.
The only thing I recently discovered is it must have OEM ink cartriges. The remanufactured and recycled ones damage it somehow. Right now I can print about 10 pages with a new cartrige then I get an error message about the cartrige. I can only print again if I replace the cartrige.
Right now, I can buy a new printer for the price of a new color ink carrige. The tech I spoke to said it may not be fixable, the refurbished cartriges may have ruined it but there is o way of telling unless I actually try the OEM first.
I concider this a mistake on my part not the printer. This is a fantastic printer. The only paper jam I have ever had was with envelopes.
