Excellent clubs...right out of the wrapper!
Having carried both Taylormade and Cobra rescue clubs in the past, I found myself in the market for new hybrids. MAN!!! Did I make the right choice! These Nickent hybrids (#3 & #4 set) felt great right out of the wrapper, and performed better than my current set by 10-15 yards in distance and probably at least that in shot dispersion. To put it in the simplest terms: THESE CLUBS WORK! Looks like I'll be revamping my club/distance charts!

Exactly What We Needed!
I've been looking for a gazebo type cover for my grill, and have tried a few options. When I located this on eBay, by search was over! Perfect size, easy assembly, and great functionality. It fits the space exactly and we couldn't be more pleased!

Cobra Strikes Again!

I acquired the Cobra 454 Comp, with 9 degree loft and a Grafalloy stiff shaft, from an eBay seller. It arrived in near perfect condition and was ready to use right out of the box.
While hitting the first bucket with this club, I noticed two things immediately: 1) the sound of the comp is much softer than my previous Cobra driver, and 2) I was bombing the ball to the end of the driving range! The sound is muted, I suppose, because of the composite top and will take a bit of getting used to. The length of my drives, and the gentle draw that this club was supposed to provide are both welcome additions to my bag.
Playing my first "competitive" round with this driver, I was 10 - 20 yards longer and probably at least that much straighter than my last driver. Being able to hit the drive to a pre-selected area of the fairway is MUCH more fun than just hoping for the SAME fairway! I love this club, the way it feels, and the confidence I have when using it. This may not be Cobra's newest or best, but it certainly was an upgrade for me and is working beautifully in my game.
