I sent the seller a message on 6-10-2024 asking a question about a recent order purchase on 6-1-2024 and the seller did not explain to me in full details in their first message why the seller is taking so long and have not shipped this order yet and did not apply whether are not was this item still available are when will this order be shipped and this would be my second message I'm sending this seller, and I get the impression this is unprofessional and this seller is not a real mechanism.
