Not fit for purpose
Screwdriver heads are held in by grub screws, these grub screws cannot be tightend enough to make the screw drivers usable. Trying to slacken a screw with the screwdriver results in the screwdriver head spinning in the housing. Other tools in the set have similar problems.

Not all it seams
On the plus side the product is made of durable plastic with plenty of detail.
The bad:
Massive gaps at joints.
Blanking corner plates don't fit
Wall dressing such as chimney stacks over hang windows in some of there designated spaces.
It is the same building repeated 3 times.
Not a modular design once built it is a fixed structure.
