Excellent artisan bread book
Great step by step instructions for artisan breads with excellent illustrations. Very well written and detailed information on sourdough and other specialities. I haven't made any recipes from this book yet but have his other books and those have worked very well so I'm looking forward to trying these.

Brilliant baking book, loads of excellent detailed recipes which work well, ones I've tried so far have been delicious.Has become one of my top books already !
