Only get about two years protection on the exposed brickwork. The previous waterseal that was spirit based gave me 5 years

ideal lightweight tent for two cycle campers
Excellent tent for two cycle camping. Enough room to sit in if raining and I can stand up in it to get dressed. Dont want to use it in strong winds though
