  I bought 20 cm plates. I received plates in two sizes: 19 cm and 19.5 cm. I reported the size discrepancy to the description to the seller, but he did not want to accept the return and threatened me with reporting to eBay. When I finally got the return label and sent the plates back, the seller reported to eBay to have eBay settle our dispute. I had the impression that the seller wanted me to be left without money and plates. eBay considered the case in my favor.

  They were 20cm plates. I accepted the return as I didn't want you to be unhappy. You then returned them to me broken.
