The USPS screwed up and lost the packet, but the seller was great in his response and sent me a full refund. I cannot fault the seller for the USPS's shortcoming.

sailor-golfer was fantastic..... Shipped immediately, very small shipping charge. The USPS misplaced the item, so it wound up a week late, but not the seller's fault. Coins I received were exactly as advertised. Better condition than I expected, actually, and better than the picture.
