Hello. The buyer filed a case that he did not receive the item. I solved his problem by monitoring the shipment and informing him when I noticed that the item had arrived in the UK that the shipment would be delivered to him soon. When the buyer received the item, I wrote to him to close the case regarding the undelivered item, but the buyer did not bother to contact me anymore, did not close the case, and left me a negative comment, I think, only because he had to pay customs duty, I think, bec

The jacket arrived after its trip from Poland. I dare say the weather here is almost as bad as it is there at the moment. I had not reckoned with HMRC customs duty being payable on second hand clothes but ho hum there you go. Thanks to reevolution6699 who did a splendid wrapping job.
