It's not good
I had one of this iron for years and some how I miss placed it so I decided to buy this open box one since it had good reviews. That's my worst decision ever! When flat ironing my hair it pulls the flat iron itself and it has a space between the plates so it doesn't straighten the hair out. I would have to keep passing it over and over about 5 to 6 times for the hair to straighten. I am very displeased and I have wasted my money buying the flat iron from you!
