For £150 I was expecting the cue to be perfect but there is a warp near the tip. That said I will continue to play with it. In terms of communication I get the vendor was trying to be helpful but they were a little OTT for my liking. I got the impression the vendor was not pleased I was not in when the cue was delivered. I have bought & sold hundreds of items on eBay & other apps (and have been alive for over 50 years) so I think I know how the postal service works by now thank you. Best
