  Items were well packed and in good condition, same as the drawing tools that I had in college that are now long gone. The package was left at the front desk and placed under several other boxes. That's why the extended stay staff kept telling me they couldn't see it when in fact the package was there. I asked another front desk person to look again, and this time they found it underneath other packages, so I didn't get it until today.
