I paid extra for customised colours (aqua). I sent a photo of the colour that I wanted and explained it explicitly. They assured me that they understood. I received royal blue instead. If I want the actual colour I want I have to pay almost as much as the original price when I wasn't my mistake. I'm really annoyed. What a waste

Seller sent me swatches of all available colors, and I requested a solid color ear bonnets and black lined saddle pads. Extremely responsive and in touch with me regarding delivery from Pakistan to USA. I’m now a repeat customer ordering 7 total sets. Haven’t used yet, but appears great quality.

 Very nice saddle pad, bell boots, and air bonnets it. The turquoise color is  vibrant and fun! Ordered Sept 4th delivery September 19th

Seller has great communication with me when I submitted for 2 of their items! Saddle pad, brushing boots and bonnet were just what I was looking for, for an upcoming Halloween show. The yellow set matched well-our only problem was that the bell boots were too small for our horse (however she is a draft cross so she needs xl-xxl-they are probably full size although the description did not specify to know for sure).
