  After collecting the light and opening the packaging the light had a crack, which wasn't mentioned in the description. Courier leaves a lot to be desired due to false delivery information ( date, time, no longer being delivered every when it was). Sellers communication was good and regular.

  I have sent you messages today about a cancellation that I did not make myself, I have just found out that yourselves have cancelled my order. It was going to be delivered on the 31/07/24 Could you please let me know Why it was cancelled, also has the refund gone back in to my bank account today as I did not cancel it.
