Insufficient Packaging
Although it came in 90% intact, there was 5 of 6 tips of the snowflake broken off. This was because, it was shipped in the original factory box without any additional packing material; which, allowed the snowflake (plastic) to be battered against the side of the box during shipping.

Although these can be bought from other venders, I know that Nacho Music tests them and they are always within specs. I've made a few purchases from them and install them with confidence that they will perform as needed.
