I have paid for my gloves. Promised days ago. Getting the run around about previous tracking and new tracking number of repeat shipment.

We sent a message this morning apologizing for the issues with the post office and that we have also had another order have the same issues. We told you we would refund 100% of your money by the end of the day today.
We are doing exactly as we told you we would and we are in the process of refunding your money. We can't control that the Post Office is dropping the ball on this. I don't think this deserves a bad review
