  Transaction was overall great. Seller is a reliable Merchant. Impressive Overall on everything. The Flyline was shipped promptly with tracking information. The item was packaged in a box, (not just an envelope) with padding to protect contents. The package arrived slowly due to USPS delays, not anything to do with seller! Upon opening the well packaged box, the flyline was a different brand, than described. Contacted Seller and issued a refund, good customer service. Reliable and trustworthy!

  Seller was uncommunicative. Message with question sent before purchase was never answered. Received reel but a part was missing, Message sent but never answered. Seller asked through Ebay for me to change my feedback.. I can say it was overall positive just because I like the reel. I can try to source the part elsewhere. Still not any response from the seller. .
