Hello my name is Shannon. I sell only genuine gemstones in hand crafted jewelry unless otherwise specified. With purchases, if you use a bank account, it takes 5-7 days for money to be transferred and become available. I DO NOT ship items until I receive this notice because buyers can cancel payment with their bank. It has happened to me before so I always wait for Ebay to say funds are available. Be aware of this if you want something shipped right away.

    The ring is gorgeous and as described. However it took almost a week to ship out and didn’t get here in time for me to size it before Valentine’s Day ☹️

    Please understand that funds were not made available for another 5 days after. This means that the actual transfer of the money wasn't complete. Ebay will send a massage saying funds are available and to ship. I don't ship before then because the buyer can go to their bank and cancel payment. I've had a buyer do that. Ebay told me to wait till transfer is completed. Also, I emailed you I was shipping Saturday and you didn't say anything. I don't have control over shipping time unless you choose.

    The ring is absolutely beautiful and prettier in real life than in the photos. However, it wasn't shipped for 12 days. No response to my message about when it would be shipped, either.

    Unfortunately I don't have access to a laptop, I only have my phone which, as I had explained before, does not allow me to respond to messages sent. I have contacted ebay and they don't know why this is the case except maybe my provider. I am getting a laptop so I will do better. I also included a crystal as an apology for the delay in shipping. I apologize again for your wait but I am glad you are happy with the ring.

Not too happy
Both horns had holes the I had to fill with hot melt and the teeth are huge totally unusable unless a large man maybe. Had to find another was to secure horns to head as well.
