Terrible
I threw this away within an hour of opening it. The head kept coming off and it didnt feel secure at all, it felt like id brought it from poundland. It didn’t even work properly i had to push the head down for it to start working and itd stop randomly. Definitely a waste of money.

A great product
I love this product, have been using it for a few years and am currently still using it now through pregnancy. I stopped taking it for a few weeks and really noticed a difference with my digestion, it definitely keeps you regular, thats for sure.
