The item was just as described, and the seller shipped quickly. I was international, and it made it here safely, to boot! (Can't really ask for more nowadays. 😆) Thank you!! As far as communication goes, we didn't actually have any exchange. I sent a couple messages post closure that I didn't get response to, but they also weren't necessary to acknowledge, so that really isn't a problem.

The only issue I have is that it never stated anywhere that the zip part was missing to join either side. So I need to now find one and attach it. Otherwise it came promptly and was in fact brand new with tags.
