The item has never arrived! The seller contacted me that Fed Ex wanted more information besides the mailing address from me. I contacted them and they told me that it was stuck in customs. apparently the seller provided sketchy shipping information, and they are holding it, for at least 30 days till. they will contact me.
At this point I wish to cancel the order, however when I attempted to do this, your website stated that the seller didi not accept returns. convenient! I want my money

The item has been send within 3 days with courier Fedex. The information that Fedex has is the same information that I have recieved via ebay. Item has arrived in USA and Fedex could not reach her beside getting her voicemail so they reached out to me.
I have send the buyer several messages and I did the same to Fedex. Fedex needs information from this buyer and she refuses to give the information. Now she says she wants to cancel while she is the one that is not cooperating.

I am trying to pay. I have seen two messages asking for the freight charges, but I have not received any response from the seller.

I have responded to all messages and I was the only who did not recieve answer. I have send the shipping costs several times and even send invoices but no response. If the buyer did not recieve my messages then there is something wrong with the buyers email. I want to sell so I have send several messages without response. It is a pity, this was a good client and I hope next time will be better

Waited one month and didn’t recieve my chairs. While the seller could send them with fedex. Very unprofessional . And without checking with me after one month. They just refunded my money back . Not a professional seller.

This buyer did not want to pay the cost for shipping. Not paying is no shipment. I have responded to all messages, I was the one that was waiting for the payment. I would have send the chairs with Fedex if buyer paid for the wooden box and sending with Fedex.This has cost me money to pack and the buyer did not pay. That is why I have refunded the money for the chairs because the transport wasn't paid. This negative feedback is irrelevant.Our policy is fast payment, fast shipping if in stock.
