Does not function as described.
It's built well and I got it at a great price at the time, and it's really easy to assemble. It's ergonomics/mechanics are such that you cannot do decline exercises as is advertised. The seat pad is too long and not properly aligned with the back pad and leg braces. The leg exercise part has limited range and anything over 25lbs on it causes it to tip forward, which is a shame because the build quality is really good.
