  This chair was exactly as described by the seller's email. I asked them to send me the exact measurements since I have a very narrow bathroom doorway and every inch makes a big difference. They measured the width between wheels at 18.5" and width between outside of handrail to outside of the other handrail at 19.7". They were very courteous and answered my question promptly. Great customer service! A pleasure to buy from! Yes the chair is small but seems to work for my purpose.

  Yes my Scooter was exactly as described. I had a hard time putting it together because I didn't know where each item was located on the scooter and how each part went together, but once I contacted the seller, they replied to me by words, pictures and emailed an video showing how each part of my scooter connects, I was straight. Most importantly they replied to me no matter what the hour ! If you have the opportunity please purchase one, you will love it too !! 😊👍😊
