Could have stayed hidden
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich As a fan of old TV fantasy/horror/suspense shows (TZ, Thriller, One Step Beyond, etc.)I thought I would give this a try. Not very suspenseful; good acting though. Mr. Karloff is in each episode playing a real variety of characters which is neat. It was also neat to see Patrick McNee (John Steed) in a pre-Avengers role. I got this set cheap so no complaints here.

Nostalgia + entertainment
I watched this show as a kid in the early sixties. Thought it was pretty scary with the villains very threatening at the time. As an adult in 2016, I find the make-up and special effects fair, but appreciate the story line and acting much more. The quality of the DVDs are good. A joy to watch/rewatch good memories.

Excellent series
After watching the first couple episodes both my wife and I were hooked on the whole series. Witty, Suspenseful. And the series actually wraps up very well.
