  RPPC as described. The seller clearly the condition. I saw that it was clearly restorable, and bid. Elliston MT views don't appear often and it would have sold for much more if in better condition. Seller did a good job packaging the card and it was sent in a timely manner. Very much appreciated. Thanks. I've attached a scan of the card image as I restored it.
