    Item looked great in pictures and seller represented item as brand new and never out of the box. Seller even touted that it was rare to have an inspection tag still in the package. Upon receiving item and discovering flaws, I contacted seller who told me I should have asked questions. When I told him I could have got one for $90 less and asked him what kind of questions should I have regarding condition of a brand new and never out of the package item, he became defensive with no solution.

    This buyer is a liar. He asked for no additional pictures of the car. He only requested the if the title was there. This car was mint and had never been out of the box. The paint condition was out of my control. It had the inspection tag from the mint. As for the $90.00, this is also a lie as no model sold for $90.00 less than what he paid. I did not offer any refunds as there are no refunds per the listing. I di offer the buyer a $45.00 discount on any listing that I had with not expirarion.
