  Make sure prolonged wait works for you, would not refund. Seller communicates, but did not offer resolution when asked to refund due to not having it for game/trip. Shipping took every bit of the 15 business days. Did not have in time for Mariners game/vacation because it sat there for 2 weeks before being shipped out.

  The item did not arrive in time. I followed the instructions that eBay provided. What I am getting from the seller is it's not there fault, custom issues. My shipment has been sitting in New York since June. At this point in time I would like a refund, but the seller does not want that. I am considering this seller a scam and warning everyone.
