I wanted a new copy of this album as my 1st copy got nicked !
I like the album because the production is clear, the songs are good and the band have progressed but still keeping a raw edge. The album is not a noise, as often associated with punk and both music & lyrics are clever. A great punk album recorded in 1999, Clash & Who influences are evident. What I didn't like was 2 tracks from a previous album were put on the CD which replaced 2 new tracks.
I am looking forward to buying the new SHAM 69 album 'We Interrupt This Program' due to be released 1997 for their 30th anniversary. It's been 7 years since Day 21 was released.

The Police - Everyone Stares: - Stewart Copeland film
This DVD is excellent, as a fan I have waited many years to see footage of The Police on the road. It was very interesting showing early footage of the band traveling together on tour in a car, checking into cheep hotels as well as the Beatle mania type responce they were getting from their fans. All filmed & narated by drummer Stewart Copeland, through his eyes/lens you get a real perspective of what life on the road was like in the early 70's & early 80's. Highly recomended ! you wont be disapointed.
