  Shoes were new and as described. They came literally the next day of buying them. The colour was very different to the colour showed on the picture but luckily I know this brand I was aware of that. I will look for more shoes from this company.

  I ordered a navy pair but received a black pair of shoes. When I contacted the seller to advise them of (supposedly) accidentally sending the wrong item, all their reply was “thank you for letting me know”. I have no choice but to keep the black pair, and I guess they will do, but it’s really not what I wanted. And an apology could’ve gone the long way.

  customer contacted me saying she received black pair instead of navy and she was happy to keep it. I have apologised for the mistake and thanked her for letting me know. she never expressed that she wanted to return the item. this feedback was a bit of surprise.
