not bryan adams
his first solo effort c. 2000 - mostly acoustic - lots of familiar bits - paying homage to Dylan , The Who and others - something he has continued to do on most of his later recordings. A bit of a Magpie.
I would suggest going for a later one - Love is Hell seems about the best to me - where his style has developed more fully - and although he still shows his influences ,its more enjoyable spotting what hes been listening to because he is getting better at reproducing it

miles davis more like retake than remix
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich my favourite period of Miles recordings is Bitches Brew and Jack Johnson -and this recording is based on tapes from that era.
I was put off by reviews by jazz purists when Panthalassa was released - who did not approve of music
produced from old tapes after Miles death - but this has tracks so close to previously released material
its really like listening to alternative takes. And the sound quality is far better than the earlier recordings
Well worth a listen if you like electric Miles
