I was very worried about the state of the doll upon delivery as USPS were NOT considerate of the many stickers labeling the item fragile, box was horribly dented in. However, when I opened the package, there were very many layers of bubble wrap surrounding many more layers of brown paper wrapping which did the best job at protecting my new doll! Very very pleased with delivery time, state of product, everything. 10/10 would buy from them again. My other haunted doll is now happy to have a friend

I saw all the pics - however in person I wished the markings on the bottom were clearer somewhat.
